Been a member here since the opening in November 2020, and here is my raw take: There is so much knowledge Ryan and Marlon have when it comes to biomechanics, strength training and just becoming a better athlete. They have seen so many clients at this point that they know instantly what to fix or add/remove from a training program and always prioritize safety first. Authentic 5 star review. Not AI written like the previous 1 star. Listen, not sure about anything the last reviewer is talking about. Ryan is an amazing trainer. He trains both me and my teen children. He's patient, he's kind, he's highly skilled and tremendously encouraging. I've never heard him utter an unkind or unprofessional word about anything. It took me a while to decide whether or not to write this review, but I ultimately felt it was important to share my experience — especially given the current state of the fitness scene in London. I believe places like this may be contributing negatively to it. At first glance, this gym presents itself well. The atmosphere appears friendly, the staff seem welcoming, and the community appears supportive.
