Great staff
Brad is the best trainer ever!! I was very happy with my first 3 months of training and have just started a fitness challenge to lose even more weight. I have always had gym memberships and always lose motivation and end up wasting so much money. But with brad and matt i actually get excited to exercise! Brad is really supportive in helping you achieve your goals. And i can take my daughter with me to the morning sessions, she has a great time running around with the other kids! What can I say - Brad is completely committed to your goals. He is very supportive and has a great bunch of people to train with. I have met some really great people. I completed a 6 week challenge along with his other members and lost 38cms. He has heaps of classes to suite any ones timetable and even has kid friendly classes. Keep up the great work Brad. Sophy
