Kendall’s Active Recovery class is the best! I injured my shoulder as a teenager, and thanks to this class I have more strength and mobility than I have in many years.

Love the instructors, the fitness classes-a nice variety. The personal training is great and the one on one stretch sessions are a game changer! If you haven’t tried here yet, come on in and check it out!!
I chose a 5 stars for several reasons: -most welcoming fitness studio I've gone to in the last 30 years -love the empowering focus on mind, body AND spirit -love the movement and some of the dance focus (takes me back to my roots of why I got hooked on movement/exercise) -unique & challenging cardio yoga class was new to me -love the focus on foot health and mobility -variety of class options although I've only attended two types (trying cardio str tonite) -intro pricing was helpful for starting there -space is clean and wel... read more
Everyone was so kind and welcoming from the front desk associate to the yoga instructor and regular class attendees. This was by far the best experience I have had as a newbie at a workout class.
