Eric helped me figure out what was wrong with my Honda civic and had extremely quick response time, any time I had a question Eric had a quick accurate answer and was more than willing to help out no mater what the situation was.
Eric looked over my car and was able to properly diagnose, locate parts, and provided excellent customer service! And he even was able to get me a deal on the parts as well to better help my situation and get my fun car back on the road. I would totally recommend GDP and especially Eric for all your needs on all makes!
Took my car to GDP due to transmission throwing codes, they had it all figured out swiftly that the codes were due to the battery not getting proper connection and put a shim on to fix the problem. Didn't try to make me pay more. Great communication, you can tell they are very knowledgeable just from conversing with each other. I will definitely be taking my Legacy back whenever it needs work.
I live in Illinois, but was in the Indy area for an event and decided to have the guys at Get Down Performance inspect a suspension noise I was concerned about. After their thorough inspection, they determined I just needed an alignment. They explained the maintenance items I should prioritize and gave me some valuable information about my vehicle and Subarus, in general. If I'm ever back in the area and it lines up with my maintenance intervals, I would take my Crosstrek here to know it's in good hands
The shop is excellent! Came in for a new engine on my frs and it was done in less than two weeks. They can do all sorts of projects.
