Never a wait! Quickest, softest dentist I’ve ever been to. First time a numbing shot worked right away, and didn’t hurt when given, for a cavity and I was in and out in under 30 minutes for a small cavity fill. I’m very quiet and the doctor must’ve noticed and does not talk to me and lets me be in my zone. He doesn’t ask me any questions and just lets me come in for what I need and promptly leave. Had my first appointment with Dr. Lai today. Office is nice and clean, and everyone in the office is super friendly and welcoming. Overall very pleasant experience.
I've been a patient of J&H dental for almost 15 years. I use to have anxiety going to the dentist, Dr. Lai is always careful, patient and understanding. I cannot recommend Dr. Lai and his staff enough; they do an amazing job and make my experience a pleasure. I've always felt heard and well taken care of by them.
I went for my first appt. with the wonderful Dr. Tseng. Super good visit. Very modern office. Staff was friendly. All around a good experience.
