Awesome gym and trainers! I just love training here. Not only are they good trainers but the motivate they provide pushes me further than I ever thought I would go.
By far the best CrossFit gym I’ve been too. The owner Dominic truly cares for his clients. my first class was today and I’m shocked how patient and attentive the coaching is especially on proper form. As a fellow trainer myself, I have respect that this gym encourages proper mobility and performance not just doing things quickly with no prep.
