I joined the Squats n’ Tots program almost a year ago and I’ve had such a great time working out while meeting other moms and their babies. I really enjoyed the circuit training format that changes each session and I like learning how to use various gym equipment. Alex, the trainer who leads the class, is very friendly and helpful. He shows us exactly how to do each exercise and always offers alternatives (harder, easier, or modified if you’re feeling pain). He also makes sure your form is correct. I really liked the Group classes. Alex is enthusiastic and dedicated, taking care of everyone and calling everyone by name. He quickly shuttled between everyone, adjusting the instruments and prompting a brief movement instruction. I learned to use many different instruments.
My son has been training here since school ended. It’s been a great place for him to learn and train. The facility and staff are awesome! Can’t say enough good!
I’ve been attending the group training classes consistently for the past month and absolutely love them! Been working out at home for too long and being back in a group environment with supportive trainers and members has been a game changer. Can’t recommend get cronk’d enough!!
