This company is horrible! They take your deposit and promise installation and noting happens for weeks! They will not answer their phone. They will not respond to your emails! We had to reach out to the distributor to get some kind of answers and hopefully get what we paid for! Keegan is a useless, lazy person full of excuses.who just ignores your request! Do not be scammed by this company! We are totally fed up with fake promises!

I’ve been requesting a refund for the deposit we put down last July for almost three months. After being bounced around from one person to the next for weeks, I was finally connected with the direct sales manager. After multiple emails, phone calls, and providing the exact documents from the county that they requested, I continue to be told that they still do not have an answer as to whether or not they will approve the refund. Stay Away – Terrible Communication and Service I ordered a carport over 3 months ago and put down a deposit with a signed contract. My salesman, Tom Johnson, stopped responding after a few weeks. I was told by the installer, Arkansas Metal Structures, that there was a price increase and I needed to speak with Tom. After finally reaching him, he said it would cost an extra $2,700 for engineered drawings and a 35 lb snow load — something I had already included in the original $5,000 agreement.
