I love the Bertha muffin, no lies, but I found a long white hair in it and I got disgusted. Never buying one again. 🤢
Excellent customer service. I think a lot can be said about how a business handles feedback and how they go about making it right. I’ve ordered multiple times and have visited their Headingley shop. I will continue to order from them as their products and customer service are both excellent.
Literally love this place, so sad it’s closing! Been a fave of myself and my housemates while at uni in Leeds!! Staff are so lovely, especially Adam and Brook!!! We will miss you 🫡
Earth-shatteringly good with every mouthful. Worth every penny. I had the Caramac Pie and Classic Bertha and became instantly hooked, I now won’t rest until I’ve tried them all! It also feels good to support a company who genuinely care about high standards of excellence, from using high-quality ethically sourced ingredients to always making sure their customers are happy.
