I have been going here for a good 4 months now and I have not have good customer service when Michelle is there. She is a rude person to customers and to her own employees. Cutting them down and harassing her employees in front of customers making me feel super uncomfortable when I’m shopping for product. Shouldn’t be a drama show when I walk in. I want to feel like I can be here comfortably. And this continues to happen no changes what so ever. Have been trying to email and make complaints and they just delete my mess... read more
As soon as I walked in the waiting room the vibe was great, the staff was super nice and helpful, and not to mention the arcade games in case of a short wait time, and the sell products for a nonprofit so a children’s playground can be built
Late review but I visited on 420 from Louisiana and the “shop mom” waited on me , her name escapes me . But she was absolutely a peach. I saved my little chip for a discount and will visit again 7/7 in time for my birthday hope to see her again!
Always the most knowledgeable bud tenders. Bri is absolutely the most helpful and really takes her time with her customers
I went in for my birthday love this place got a free T-shirt and a pre roll the workers are awesome it's like my second house LoL
