This was the first time we had elected to rent a trailer vs an entire motor home for a long weekend trip around SLO. Alisa was awesome and extremely helpful with the booking. Pick up and drop off along with set up at the full hookup camp ground was extremely easy! We rented the trailer with the fireplace and 1 slide out for the table area. The entire experience was a blast! We can’t wait for the next time. Highly recommend Get Away RV!
I called a few trailer companies and Craig was the first one to get back to me. He delivered as we agreed and the experience was enjoyable. I would use his services again for sure.
What a great service! We rented a 28 foot trailer last weekend and had it delivered to our group rental site at Pismo Coast Village RV Resort. We arrived at the resort and our trailer was waiting for us in our reserved space, refrigerator running, all connections to sewer, water and power made. They were very professional in handling a miscommunication with our reservation and upgraded us to a bigger RV. The RV was delivered to our camp site on time, was very clean and everything worked great. Manager Amy, was very friendly, stopped by the day after we arrived, to ensure everything was okay with the RV and answered any questions we had.
