We bought our truck camper with the help of Misty. She provided photos, answers, solutions and so much more. The entire process was fluid and stress free. We drove into town and straight to Get-Away RV. Torque lift and happy-jacks installed, camper loaded and off we went. Jamie gave us a thorough run through and even washed the truck for us. This place has ALL it's travel trailers locked. If you are coming to look at rv's at your own leisure, don't waste your time. I don't want to be bothered when I'm trying to make a 50,000-70,000 decision. I want to casually look through them, without the pressure of some sales person on my tale. If I need assistance, I will look for that. It's how they get to you, because you need to make contact with a sales person in order to look inside any trailer. The ONLY RV sales store that locks their trailers.
Many thank you's to Krystle and the team for going above and beyond to help us with our Sprinter van leak in early April. We were on our last leg home of a whirlwind trip when we developed a leak from our fresh water tank. Krystle got us in and fixed the next day when others couldn't fit us in until May or didn't even answer our phone calls. We appreciate Krystle and the peace of mind given to us to complete our journey home.
