This place is a joke. Made a reservation online, showed up this morning and the guy at the front desk had no idea what I was talking about. He said they had no cars and didn't know how well the online reservation system worked or if it worked at all. He walked over to the door, took a peak outside, and said he had no cars at the moment. I explained to him that I made a reservation online and even received an email to confirm it. This business gets a big fat zero. Arrived monday morning to pick up car and was told they had no cars and had forgotten that I Had reservation. Asked them to call me if they could get car later that day and never heard back!

The customer service at Get Auto Rentals was as A++ as it can get. I was greeted immediately. They made sure that everyone in line was assisted as quickly as they could, so that you weren't left standing in line. The representative that helped me with the rental, was extremely helpful, and walked out to the car with me to make sure everything was to my satisfaction. He was so friendly and accommodating.
