I rented a scooter for 3 days and was charged $130.00 for rental and $100.00 for deposit. The company charged my account the $230.00 and I did not receive the deposit back. I called on June 26th to inquire about it. Joe the person I spoke with said they only charged me $130.00. I reconciled my bank statement and even called my bank and it was confirmed that I was charged $230.00. I wasn't even sure I would be able to afford a lift chair to help while I was in recovery from my recent knee surgery. I called in to Get Around Mobility and ended up with renting a great chair. They made it easy to get and return the chair when I was all healed. I will definitely use Get Around Mobility if the need ever arises. Thanks for making renting a chair easier than the rehabilitation.

I was looking for a mobility chair for my grandmother to help her while she was visiting me in Las Vegas and was not really sure which one would be best. I called Get Around Mobility and after talking in detail with Joe, made the arrangements and my grandmother loved using the chair so much, I ended up purchasing that same one. We visited Las Vegas last week, and as my knees were not up to it, we needed to rent a mobility scooter for our trip. We went online and look around all of the online companies. We found Get Around Mobility and upon further investigation, we found that all of their scooters were in brand new condition. I weigh a little over 200 pounds, and this machine did not even know I was on it. Customer service was excellent, and the scooter turned up early at the hotel. We are very happy customers. We will be back!
