I gotta say the trainer Chonda is SERIOUS what ever your goal is she will definitely take you to it just be prepared to SERIOUSLY work but she definitely is THA REAL DEAL!!!
Very intimate workout space. The personal trainer is amazing! She's going to motivate and push you through each workout and in the end it will be worth it.
