After coming to this dentist office, I left with my cavities not being filled and taken care of properly, gums excessively bleeding, and a chip in my tooth. I would not recommend they are very very careless, especially with equipment, during the session multiple times they dug the picks into my gums even when I said it hurt. Would not recommend whatsoever!
If I could give zero stars, I would. This dental office is an absolute disaster. From the moment I sat in the chair, it was clear they have no idea what they're doing. The dentist seemed rushed and didn't listen to my concerns, jumping straight into procedures without proper explanation. The actual work was shockingly subpar. I had a terrible experience at this dental office. When I got in, the dentist seemed rushed and didn't really listen to my concerns. The equipment looked outdated, and the whole place felt unclean. During the exam, the dentist was rough and didn't explain what they were doing, which made me really uncomfortable. Afterward, they tried to upsell me on a bunch of unnecessary treatments. Best clinic ever!! We went yesterday with my kids and husband. Staff and doctors are so Niccccceeee, friendly and helpful! Please continue to be like that guys. World needs very nice and friendly customer service! I would definitely refer this clinic to my friends.
