Stay away from Get a Rate. There is no consideration for clients time and effort. Whatever they say over the phone never translates to paper. Unless you want to drag out a closing for more than 2 months go with someone else. Get a Rate is as shady as it gets.

I was able to work with Anna from Get a rate along with Daira and Natalie. They were all very helpful and as a first time home buyer I was very nervous but we were able to get through. Thank you all again.

Highly recommend! We worked with Danny Valencia. As first time homeowners, we had A LOT of questions. Danny was super patient. He provided all the info we needed to ease our anxiety and was a great resource throughout the entire process. He offered advice on improving our credit score a few extra points to score the best interest rate and was able to match the lowest one we found when shopping around. I would hands down work with him again.
