Sonia is the best! Knows all things nutrition and fitness and works with you right where you are to meet your goals! I started with an injury and she was awesome in ensuring my health while helping me figure out how I could still get a good workout! Can’t say enough good things about her.

I have always felt awkward and uncomfortable in all things GYM/Exercise. Sonia is amazing. She builds confidence in nutrition, exercise and over all wellness. She is certified in many areas. She meets you where you are and has a perfect balance of challenge without pushing to hard. I can't say enough about her and how grateful I am so have found her Beth Brinkley
