Making an appoint was easy. They showed up on time, did the 14 vents in about 2 hours, cleaned all the grates, and didn't leave a mess. They were easy to talk to about any issues found. Great experience.

We hired you because we wanted a company that only did chimney cleaning and not some handyman who does it occasionally. The cleaning went ok, however now our damper doesn't open and close. Additionally, we needed the top chimney cap replaced. You said you would check and get back to us the same day, which you didn't after you said you would replace it.
