DO NOT HIRE THEM. Completely useless company. Can't get anything resolved even the simplest things like activating a fob for the entrance door. Delays are absolutely insane and it's impossible to get a call back. 0 stars if I could.
I wish I can put a zero star, but it’s not possible. This company should be located in a 3rd world country and not in a country like Canada. They don’t have the sense of time and they cannot do a simple task like accessing the Videotron box. Agent #62, Philip who claimed to be a manager was condescending and did not provide any assistance for me. I've requested a call back in April and followed up multiple times by email since. Happy belated Canada Day.
I don’t know how they are allowed to operate as a management company actually. They will not answer and they do nothing. They’re a scam.
