I wish I can put a zero star, but it’s not possible. This company should be located in a 3rd world country and not in a country like Canada. They don’t have the sense of time and they cannot do a simple task like accessing the Videotron box. Agent #62, Philip who claimed to be a manager was condescending and did not provide any assistance for me. I've requested a call back in April and followed up multiple times by email since. Happy belated Canada Day.
I don’t know how they are allowed to operate as a management company actually. They will not answer and they do nothing. They’re a scam.
I sent them two different tickets through their system. Never got an answer back.
Des locataires fument (cigarettes et marijuana) dans l'immeuble, malgré l'interdiction formelle. L'administration refuse de reloger les résidents victimes de la fumée nocive qui envahit leurs appartements, et ce, sans impact sur leur loyer actuel. Je déconseille vivement de louer un appartement auprès de ce promoteur.
