I had a nice 3 month stay at Somo. My unit was well stocked. I recommend to get a blender but other than that all went well very comfortable. Kudos to Melissa for being helpful!
My low star review is not for the team of Guesthab who are polite and gracious. But for the unit I was in the building Jardin Du Canal # 602. The unit was unfortunately infested with flies and the maintenance team of the building could not figure out how to fight it. The building is not clean. The garage area where the garbage dumpsters are is swarming with flies in the dead of winter. Very unfortunate.
We had a very comfortable stay at Tour de Canadiens 1. Check in was easy, using a secure lock box & code. Guest services was attentive and accommodating. It was no problem when we needed to extend our stay, with the usual notice that they specified. Kitchen was very well equipped; we loved the convection oven. In-suite laundry very handy. They had a hand tool kit in closet & a nice portable vacuum. I had a great experience renting with this team. From the initial viewing to the final paperwork, the entire process was seamless and professional. The management is incredibly responsive, and the unit was in excellent condition upon move-in. It is rare to find a rental company that truly cares about its tenants' experience, but they have exceeded my expectations. I highly recommend them to anyone looking for a well-managed and high-quality place to live!
