It’s been 9 months of pure helll from the start, we signed them up to look after 3 rental properties. The property manager has been great but receiving end of Month Statements, Payment Advice any paper documents were riddled with errors, over and under charged amounts, money deposited into wrong accounts etc. Management will not communicate back to you at all.
