This was my husband 2nd visit to Dr Ford in 7 years. My husband was having hip pain and I went to tell Dr. Ford my husband was having short term memory issues. To make a long story short upon telling This doctor of the memory issues he reply 'well what are you going to do about that' He informed me that Alzheimer does not effect short term memory. (I never said he had Alzheimer's) This uncaring doctor also told me that ' slapping a label on it does nothing' I was dumbfounded and didnt know what to say. I did manage to say If... read more
Dr. Ford is the best!!! No one is even close to him. Takes time with you, explains things clearly, etc.
He may be a great physician but his nurse named “Bobby” is just flat rude. I don’t know if she’s just burned out or has lost her desire to serve in the medical field. I recently left several voice recordings requesting that she contact me regarding a medical issue that needed to be addressed by Dr. Ford. Calling his office was just a waste of my time and effort. If I have to change physicians so be it. In my opinion, she is hurting his practice and the reputation of the Gessler Clinic. ,
Great physician. Takes as much time as necessary to answer health issues. Friendly atmosphere quality care.
Dr. Ford listens carefully and explains his answer in terms that can be understood. Does not seem to be in a hurry like some doctors I have been to.
I have been seeing Dr. Ford for 16 years and he has helped me through many health issues and obstacles throughout my life. He is a wonderful physician and I have never felt rushed. You might wait a little longer to see him in the office but that is because he gives all of his patients the time that they need. I would highly recommend him!! I am also an M.D. and will continue to see him.
Very thorough. Extremely pleasant staff! From the receptionist to the nurse to the doctor, everyone seemed happy to be there and happy to help. I did not feel rushed all questions were answered and explained completely. A breath of fresh air when it comes to doctors office visits.
Dr. Ford has always treated me and my husband with concern and kindness. You don't mind waiting your turn when you know this doctor is going to see the whole person and not just the illness.
