I’m updating this review to keep it factual, clear, and fair. A watch originally purchased over 25 years ago from this store for my uncle (by my aunt), one of several bought around the same time, was serviced by Rolex twice over the years. During the second service, in 2016, Rolex identified the dial as non-original and replaced it. This was understandably frustrating, as it changed the watch and raised questions about its history. Service above and beyond expectations. Was a joy to do business with.
These people will stalk and harass you to delete your bad reviews. They sold us a watch with a face that wasn’t Rolex authentic(rest of the watch is authentic) and the face was confiscated when sent into Rolex for service. Granted it was a good aftermarket dial, because it was serviced prior at Rolex and they didn’t catch it. I asked them to help me come up with a resolution for this and they deflected and refused responsibility. I then wrote a review, and they threatened and harassed me to take it down. Purchased this ring for my 2 year sobriety anniversary. It is so perfect. Very responsive to questions and concerns. Going back for my 5th anniversary ring definately!!
Absolutely the rudest people. They definitely judged this book before I ever said a word. Took a short glance at my piece & made an off-hand comment. Walked out to take money and business elsewhere
