Absolutely the worst dealership experience I’ve ever had. I want the management of Gesner Auto to read this carefully, because what your team did today was completely unacceptable — especially on the day before Thanksgiving. I drove 2 hours round-trip, took time off from work, and planned to surprise my father with a Christmas gift — a car he truly deserves. Recently, I got a flat tire on Rt. 44 with my one-year-old in the car. I immediately pulled into Gesner Auto to see if they could help. I didn’t catch the gentleman’s name in the service department, but despite his technicians already being gone for the night, he generously offered to help me. I am so thankful for their kindness. Gesner Auto went above and beyond for a random stranger, so I can only imagine how well they treat their regular customers. Highly recommend!
