The older woman ask about my insurances etc then tell me dr isn’t acception new patients. Like pulling teeth! May I be out on a waiting list? NO! Will he be accepting pts later? NO! Is it because of covid? it’s bee for over 10 months!!!! Rude! Would you please let me make app w another endocrinologist? NO!!!!very rude should have said from the start no new patient since last Jan or? - some reason would have been nice- why ask for my two ppo insurances ( I pay over $500 a month for just the one!
