So here's my complaints… -Gesinee’s promised me a delivery date BUT was two week late! -THEY CHARGED MY DRESS TO THE WRONG CREDIT CARD: despite an email I sent confirming the CC and a phone call in which I gave all of the information, they charged THE NATIONAL BRIDAL CARD I had applied for and planned to use for future use. I discovered the charge 10 months later, after my credit had been destroyed! -I NEVER RECEIVED AN APOLOGY FROM THE OWNER WHICH I EXPLICTLY ASKED FOR. They Had Lots Of Selections , Many styles & types of dresses , service was pretty good even though that were slightly busy , but they helped me find the dress of my dreams
We had a very pleasant experience going to buy my daughter's prom dress. Chelcie helped us and was professional and helpful. I am very pleased with Gesinee's Bridal and their staff.
I had heard horror stories and was a little worried about coming to Gesinee's Bridal - but I am glad I went anyway. Unlike what other people say: I was not charged for anything frivolous or over the top charges: I did not pay to try on dresses, i did not pay to have my dress pressed and ready for pick up and I did not pay to store the dress there. I had a most enjoyable experience at the Concord location. The service was good and they have a excellent selection of gowns. My only complaint is the price. It seems that I could not find anything under $1,000 and that doesn't include alterations. I don't know if they just didn't have any in the type of dress I wanted or they chose only to show me high-end dresses.
