Can't say enough good about my buying experience here. The Italian tiles 18" x 36" really look good when layed. Staff was very helpful. Especially the lady in showroom. If you have a small load and ask for help, they put it in my trunk. Payment was extremely quick and smooth operation. I hope to be able to use their services once again.

The manager holds loads hostage. I went there to pick up the hostage load. Halfway through I told them I didn’t way to take it. They wouldn’t unload me 3/4 of the load. Unless they got paid. It had nothing to do with me and they wouldn’t take the load off because I knew this was a dangerous load. These Brampton people are the absolute worst.

I'm only sharing this because I believe the rest of their dealers or potential buyers of their products should be aware. I had been dealing with Shnier for over 50 years by the spring of 2023. They were always a trustworthy business partner. I had 2 material complaints in the spring of 2023, The Sales rep came and looked at them and assured my customer that they would be replaced. Regardless of texting in reference numbers, calling, asking for an order to be ready. They will not have your order ready. Be prepared to wait at least half hour or more. Happened multiple times hence why I decided to post a review while waiting in the parking lot after I was told my order was ready.
