Can't say I'd recommend this location for its service. I've given Gescan Penticton three opportunities to win over my business over the last year and unfortunately they failed to impress at every occasion. Firstly when you walk in the door nobody acknowledges you exist which doesn't seem like much but when you're the only customer in the store you think they would at least treat you like a human being and say hi. Hey guys, you need to update your hours of operation. I just drove from Oliver because it says you were open until 4:00. I like the store, that’s why Im driving all this way, it’s just a bummer that I have to go back empty handed.
Not reliable Ordered a men's heated hoodie over a month ago. Was informed it'll take about a month to come in. A month later no phone call. Even though they claimed to have done so. My phone history showed this to be false. Long story short. They couldnt get it in and chose to not inform me. But they did offer a similar hoodie for woman which is cool since that was very much what I didnt order. Keep up the good work guys
