Very disappointing experience at Gescan. I went in with a simple question, yet they wasted almost half an hour of my time. The staff—especially the white guy with glasses, were extremely rude, dismissive, and disrespectful. Even though the store wasn’t busy, they showed zero attention or care. I would not recommend anyone shop here until they learn basic customer service and respect.
I closed my account due to GARBAGE customer service, one star, March 2023. 2024 Update, FOUR stars, I needed an item that was not available anywhere else. Left to Gescan, we were picked the wrong product maybe due to missed communication rush at cash counter. We ended up using the product for other things. However the counter service is much improved, positive sales experience and the rep was empathetic to our dilemma (+star), got off his stool and got the stuff held for us (+star).
