Terrible customer service, definitely the worst branch I have picked up material from. Nobody answers the phone and takes way too long to be helped at the counter. Steve Griffith, from the start picked a problem with my employee for no reason. He's extremely rude, careless, and acts as if helping you is such a burden. Overall, unwelcoming environment with mediocre service- go to Eecol around the corner.
Knowledge and friendly team
Very disappointing experience at Gescan. I went in with a simple question, yet they wasted almost half an hour of my time. The staff—especially the white guy with glasses, were extremely rude, dismissive, and disrespectful. Even though the store wasn’t busy, they showed zero attention or care. I would not recommend anyone shop here until they learn basic customer service and respect.
