Very poor customer service. I have waited for 1 hour to talk to a representative. Asked the representative (he) to wait while I get my father on the phone for permission to assess his account and he hung up on while when I told him to wait. I had to wait again for another representative. This whole privacy thing is too much when I hold them my father didn’t get any packets for his car payment selection. I asked them if they can send it to his address. The answer is they can’t help me.
It's been about 2 months since they switched their credit card to a new processor. The rewards program as well as previous statements are still messed up. I don't care so much about statements but the rewards program is very frustrating. Old balances aren't there and new ones are very wrong. You call and no one knows anything. They just tell you there's no known date for a fix. Why did you switch if there was no plan?
