Helpful employees. Knowledgeable and friendly.
My gripe is with their password system. It let's you choose almost any character on the keyboard, which I found cool and safer. Then, a week later, I could no longer log into my account on the website (desktop or mobile), only the the app which I don't use. It told me to call an 800 number for customer service to fix it. When i called the guy was rude and said it's my fault and there's nothing they can do. Leo is the man! Call him “Mr. Get it Done!
I can never get through on the phone and when I finally do the customer service is rude and really difficult. Their automated system doesn’t work. They have a separate system to pay your bill that is outside of online banking…They make getting any account info or proof of payoff really hard and time consuming. There’s nothing good about this place.
This is the worst credit union ever. The employees are rude. They have no idea how to do their jobs. I got an auto loan with them but I am refinancing ASAP elsewhere. Absolutely terrible place to do business.
