They double charged our monthly car payment, overdrafted our bank account by several hundred dollars, then said we should open an account with them to prevent them from double charging us in the future. They agreed it was a mistake on their end, a computer error they said, but still tried to make it seem like it was our fault and that we had messed something up.
I was informed that I could visit this location to obtain my debit card; however, I was misinformed. This branch still operates under the old Security State Bank system and does not have access to the GESA side. The staff was extremely rude and falsely accused me of saying things I never said. After sharing my experience and hearing from others, it seems this location has a reputation for being rude and unpleasant.
