Zero initiative to work with long time members. Poor communication on multiple levels. May not be a Lake Stevens branch issue. Could be GESA as a company but it’s a reflection of all.
My visit to Gesa Credit Union yesterday was excellent! I hadn't been there before and needed to join and open a CD. In less than a minute I was greeted by Kiara , sitting at her desk and talking business. She took care of everything in a very timely manor. I would recommend Gesa to anyone looking for a wonderful banking experience with a credit union.
I had the pleasure today to meet Amanda at the Lakestevens Gesa Credit Union She took amazing care of me along with the other staff there it is one of the most friendliest credit unions I've ever been associated with. Thanks for taking care of me Amanda.
