A lot of talk and smiles followed by sub-par work, the promise to come back and check out the job and ultimately totally ignoring us. Really unprofessional. And really bad work. Came to the job unprepared, didn’t follow a timeline, didn’t produce the material we ordered…

Joe and his sales guy Robert lied to over twenty families in our Otsego, MN neighborhood. They took down payments and stopped returning our calls, and never completed anyone’s job.
Ordered windows on July 1, 2020. Five windows came in and we're the installed The sixth window was delivered to them on November 12, 2020. It was scheduled for installation four times last fall but the company cancelled or didn't show up. Have been trying to get it installed since March 12th. It was to be installed June 19 but they cancelled. Now they are no lom Longer returning my calls. The job has been paid for except the last 5 percent.
