One of the best offices I've seen, all and I mean all of the staff are professional and courteous every thing was very well explained and all questions were answered. Being in this office was like being in a family.
He is very nice and he has good bedside manners. Would definitely recommend him
I love Dr. Hsu, he may not be a warm fuzzy but he's smart, he's confident & a straight shooter. I trust him & would rather have that in my surgeon than warm fuzzies! I trust Michelle too.
I don’t feel Dr. Hsu took me seriously. He told me if I was interested in a neurostimulator to let his nurse know, I don’t really know what that is, he didn’t spend much time with me, didn’t explain anything to me. Didn’t bother to find out my symptoms have gotten much worse, since the mri which was almost a year old. I didn’t feel heard at all. His staff was nice and Dr. Hsu was dressed professionally and clean for that they got an extra star..
