I had a terrible experience with Dr. Benza. About 5 years ago he replaced a crown in a back molar. It was one of those "do in a day" kinda deals. The crown never fit properly. It caused me excruciating pain. I had to take a valium to eat a meal. This went on for 3 months. Then he tried to convince my husband and I that I had a mental problem. Girls in his office finally helped me, removed the crown, and redid it the "old fashion way" with a temporary. Never had a problem since. Bad doc!
Had a crown installed today. First one. Very impressed with the artistry of the Dr Benza and his PA. They did a great job, no pain, all done in 3 hours. Amazing technology to scan and design and mill crown. Can't imagine how it was done the old fashion way.
Dr. Gery Benza has a lot of knowledge and experience and I beleive his office staff is also knowledgeable and kind. He takes extra steps at my visits to make sure I am comfortable.
