Gervais was courteous and helpful
One thing, $199.00 for a battery test was excessive, I should have said forget the test, replace the battery.
My car was taken on-time for its appointment. It was thoroughly evaluated and returned to me with a detailed report of what was done. In addition, it was washed! The renovated Gervais Lincoln facility was impressive and very comfortable.
