Came from NY for a hospital follow up from Poughkeepsie NY. Traffic was stopped so I called to let them know. They said call when closer. We were 15 min away. Got there to check in, other ppl before us were also late and told to wait. We were told to reschedule. Never again will we go there or recommend. Again, drove from NY which took 3 hrs without traffic. Done. done
