I was weary on making this post especially for a provider of color, but the negligence I experienced was alarming. I was referred SPECIFICALLY to Dr. Anyakwo by my PC to dive deeper into my Pap Smear results. I made the appointment for 2PM on a Tuesday. I got there a bit late around 2:15, YET I still waited an hour to be “serviced.” When I was finally called back, I was told that they did not have my medical records nor my referral on file so I literally had to go on my Healow App from my PC to show them my results.
