Ran out of prescription medicine [blood pressure]. Prior to running out, request for refill was denied. Spoke to several different receptionists. The doctor was aware that I was out of meds. The next available appointment was 2 weeks out. There was no attempt to even send a temporary prescription that would suffice until actual appointment date. The doctor also failed to advise that I'd have to be seen every 6 months instead of once a year to continue getting prescription medicine, one of nurses advised. Walk in was also not... read more
