The staff is always polite and wait times usually aren’t too bad.
I would give negative stars if possible. We don't go to the doctor much, but my wife and son had pretty obvious strep. The PA claimed it was a virus and don't give antibiotics. He tested my son but for some reason not my wife. Son of course came back positive for strep. When we called to discuss, they still wouldn't give antibiotics to my wife without another co-pay. They have hours posted that they are open until 8pm. I went in today @6pm to get my shoulder looked at as I was in a lot of pain. I was told they were "at capacity" and weren't seeing anymore patients today. I looked around and there was one person in the lobby. The gentleman at the desk said that they were busy all day and the N.P. was busy doing paperwork. That doesn't sound like "URGENT CARE" to me.
