What an absolute pleasure to work with! We are brand new to the world of RV's, and I am so glad we chose to deal with Gerton's. They were extremely patient with my wife and I throughout the entire process from touring the different models to hooking it up to my truck and driving it off the lot. Being new to this we had a ton of questions, and I was able to drive home with confidence and full knowledge of not only how everything works, but also how to keep everything working properly. Worst customer service ever. I am a local from Mt.Vernon Indiana, know John Gerton since I was 15 years old. Lie after lie from him and his company. Still have issues but he charges for putting bandages on problem. Just horrible!
