prompt response and service when we called about a hot water heater issue. They said they would try to get us in on the day I called but if not definitely by 7:30 am the next day. They were at our house by 6:40 am and done by 8:00 am.
I had an issue with high Co level in an apartment we rent. Had several folks look at it & no one had an answer.They came & looked at my apartment and looked at the heater & told me that the heater was rusted inside the flu & was not letting the gas vent as it should. They replaced the heater & have had on mor problems. 5 Star‼️
Very unprofessional and employee needs to go back to driving school. Trying to get on the highway this morning and your employee in a company truck would not let us over, forcing us to almost go into a tree. Driving 80-85 in slow lane. Then when we pass them they continue to flip us off. I’ve never ever been so angry, confused and disappointed. Will 100% never use this company. Do better.
Don’t call after hours. Called twice and left messages with name and number, but never got a return. Went with another servicer
