Unbelievable doctor. Operated on my mom at Baylor. When my mom went into another hospital five months later, I sent him a text requesting his input, hoping he’d respond in a few days. He called me in five minutes, asked appropriate questions, said he’d add his thoughts into the notes at the other hospital, and joined calls with those doctors 1-2 days later. He went way beyond what I hope for in a doctor. We are extremely grateful thank you!
In 2023 Dr Gerstle took care of my (5) aneurysms that were on my optic nerves. The pain on my right eye was excruciating, but gone after the 1st procedure. I had 3 procedures done. I lost some movement on my right eye, peripheral vision is bad, bright lights bother me, but I am still alive. He was an awesome doctor and talked with you frequently. He Cared and showed it. When I tell you this doctor saved my life! In 2012 I had a brain aneurysm and was admitted to ICU. Dr.Gerstle came in like an angel sent from heaven. He told everything he was going to do and everything I may experience afterwards. Until this day I have yet to experience anything I was told. Thank God and Thank you Dr. Ronald Gerstle you're the best.
I can’t thank Dr.Gerstle enough for doing such a amazing job with me I have a pseudo tumor cerebri and many doctors don’t take the time to help me they pass me off to the next I haven’t had any symptoms relief in over 2 years and since my stenting last week my biggest symptoms have gone no iih headache no vertigo my vision is still stable I can go on and on but bottom line is thank you from the girl you knew in 3d for so long you saved me
