I scheduled a consultation for 9:30, and they didn’t call me I had to call them, not a great start.. They quoted me the price for their services to which I replied that I’ll likely get quotes from other companies to compare prices - he basically just hung up on me after that. It wasn’t a consultation at all, it was very impersonal, and they clearly didn’t care for my business or my time.. I’ll be happy to go elsewhere.. glad we didn’t get any further in the process

Hired this service for our personal returns but they also helped us get an accountant for our corp (we're a family owned business). Both teams were great and worked well in collaboration to get us through the process and returns came out well and at a reasonable cost. Great job!
