Dr Florez recently operated on my elbow after 9 years of cubital tunnel syndrome that left me unable to lift anything with my left arm. I cannot recommend him more to prospective patients. He has outstanding bedside manner and is very thorough in his examination/diagnosis. I am now 3 weeks post-op and am very happy with the level of care as well as my current pain levels. I was referred to Dr. Florez by my PCP after complaining of chronic shoulder pain. My impression of his bedside manner is he is courteous, friendly, and knowledgeable and I felt comfortable with him. Ultimately, after physical therapy and steroids I failed to improve and elected to have shoulder surgery with Dr. Florez based on his conveyance of confidence in his ability to relieve my pain. Very grateful to Dr. Florez and the excellent team at Cleveland Clinic. Dr. Florez was able to save my wrist after a very traumatic and complicated open fracture and surgery. I wasn't sure if I'd ever be able to resume normal activities but his skill and true passion for helping those patients return to a pain free and happy life is evident. Also, Matthew Bodanski, his PA is amazing and they are both very caring and truly want the best outcome. Thank you!
