Buyer beware. I was really disappointed by my experience with Chef Stef. I ordered a very large catering order for one of my accounts. The chicken parm was black, completely burnt. The cheese was barely even melted on top. Half of the chicken francaise tray was dry, and the other half was UNDERCOOKED. I will say the Italian sub sandwiches saved the day since the chicken dishes were inedible.
