I just call to file a complaint about the noise that a neighbor was doing having her TV on literally all night long and lady who’s name is Silvia couldn’t be more rude and unprofessional doing her job

I have lived in one of their buildings for nearly 6 months and i have not had a functioning stove since May 1, the day moved in. Part of the price of my rent, at least according to them, was for my stove and oven in unit, yet I haven't had a single rent reduction or any update on when they're even going to attempt to fix this. I highly implore you to use another company for real estate

Robert Gershon of Gershon & Co. made a deal with me and at the very last minute after I signed the lease and brought in 3 bank checks he changed his mind and said “I don’t recall saying that.” The broker fee was paid so obviously the broker understood the same thing that I did. I believe he has selective memory and you can not deal with someone who does not honor his word! He left me in a bind last minute with no where to move after giving notice at my current residence. Simona Burke and Sylvia Sobota are the managers for C. Gershon Company, and try to dodge emails and calls when they know a tenant is trying to contact them regarding a problem. If they somehow respond, it is always a "I have forwarded your email to the property manager" so they can further delay the problem. The way that they keep tenants is that they don't ever raise the rent. Everyone is living in squalor in their buildings, overrun with roaches and mold.
