Lack of communication, unorganized, utter disregard for others time, and unprofessional. Our loan officer Nick NEVER responded to calls, texts or emails. His father whom works for another company was the one to help the most but didn’t always have accurate information. Appraiser of their choosing took over 30 days getting appraisal in. Closing date was cancelled morning of, after my husband had to request a day off, due to appraisal still not turned in. Promised there were no payoff fees, lies. Loan was sold to BBT and now I have a fee for me to payoff the loan, I reach out to Gershman Mortgage to resolve the matter, and they are deaf ears. BBT is also not responding to my calls. I did not conduct business with BBT, but with Gershman, who sold my loan to them. I am now stuck with a closing payoff fee that Gershman does not want to pay. All mortgage documents were with Gershman, not with BBT.
From start to finish , great attentive workers. Great outcomes. Highly recommended. 10/10. 5 stars. 100%. Thank you for all you have done for me! 👍🏽
